Crochet hook that arrived was sent fast and the right size, but not the type or brand pictured. Very disappointed, as it’s not a type I can work with due to my grip – if the picture had been accurate, I wouldn’t have bought it.

Hi Cat, I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your purchase. You mentioned that you would not have bought it had you known it was not as pictured. However, it states very clearly on the item page that the ‘item and packaging may vary’ from picture shown. However, when you called me regarding this issue, I immediately offered a full refund for the item, which you declined, saying it was not feasible to send it back if you had to pay the postage. In my Returns policy in my Terms and Conditions it does say;
If any items need returning because of fault on our part we will cover the return postage costs.
If returns are made for any other reason you (the customer) are responsible for payment of return delivery.
Again, I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your purchase, but I hope you also understand that as the item was not faulty, and according to my Terms and Conditions Policy, on this occasion it is not my responsibility to pay the return postage costs.
