Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are designed to protect both you and me. Please read them carefully to avoid confusion.

Products.
We only sell brand new products, not used items.

Stock.
The stock levels on our site are updated each day and are accurate as of 9am. Orders made after 9am will depend on stock availability and order quantity. If the item ordered is no longer in stock (it has been sold is shop) we will notify you and arrange either a full refund or ‘backorder’.

Dispatch.
Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm will not begin processing until 9am the following business day.
Orders placed after 3pm requesting Next Day delivery will be dispatched the following business day after the order has been placed.
Any orders containing items flagged as a ‘backordered’ will not usually be dispatched until all of the order is on site. To find the date of our next delivery please click on the ‘Stock Update’ button at the top of the page.

All orders qualifying for Free Delivery will be sent by standard 2nd class Royal Mail. Please allow 7 days after dispatch before contacting us regarding late delivery.
Payment.
Credit/Debit card payments transactions are fulfilled by Braintree. They are a recognised, reliable, secure and trustworthy credit/debit card processing company. Alternative payments can be done through PayPal. They’re reliable, secure and you don’t need an account in order to use the service.
Cancellations.
All orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. After that time we are unable to cancel your order. Downloaded products cannot be cancelled.

Returns.
All orders can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if unused/unopened.

Refunds can only be paid for full order returns. Part order returns can be negotiated for unused products, but refund will be store credit only.

If any items need returning because of fault on our part  we will cover the return postage costs.

If returns are made for any other reason you (the customer) are responsible for payment of return delivery.

All returned products will be inspected. If after inspection product is deemed to have been used/opened the return will be rejected.

Responsibility.
We at That Little Wool Shop accept no responsibility for the quality of the products or items/products made from products supplied by us.

Data Protection.

We declare that the only information kept by us that you supply when you create an account or make a purchase from us is;
• name
• contact details (such as e-mail address, physical address, telephone numbers)
• password
• payment information (such as credit card or bank account details)

We use the information that we collect about you in order to fulfill your order.
We use recognised Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card information when you purchase any products through our website.
